Ftao of teh @mik (not that I've watched it yet) ;
Hoorah!
It needs wider publication for John Q* Idiot Citizen though.
I've watched it now; imo it won't make any difference, if anything it'll entrench peoples' previously held views and opinions and do nothing to prevent problems prevalent in practice.
* I've now decided what the Q is for, and it's not quite quaint.

Agree it won’t make any difference in isolation - it needs some national socialisation. No idea how you do that now when sensible people don’t buy hard copy papers, and many people don’t watch TV.
Edit - I was surprised to hear that the Mercuns had stolen the ‘zip merge” phrase before I even thought of it. (I referred to “zip up”). Also he should have mentioned that many European countries do this superbly - not Italy where they drive more like Russians.

One for Beany.
I've watched some of his other videos and he's a genius

That's bloody impressive, and similar to a ding I got when someone used my car as a parking bollard.
Fucking christ I miss that car.

I had the pleasure of watching the PDR guy for about half the time he took to remove the fist-size dent on the VXR8 rear flank (caused by impact from airport luggage trolley )
It was pure voodoo.

That's not areas of paint damage, that's just the way Ford painted them

Fair play to that Range Rover Sport, the engine was completely submerged for a bit.

I'm still a little disappointed that we couldn't find anyone willing to have a go at PDR-ing the Superb. I reckon the worst of it could be sorted to the extent it would be barely noticable, but none of the guys local to us seemed interested at all.
But then, whilst it annoys the shit out of me every time I see it, the wife (her car) doesn't seem to give a toss about it at all.

Those Rufford Ford videos. It's shocking just how many people seem to think that the way to ford a Ford is to go in at full speed, ripping off the front number plate and engine undertray whilst throwing a huge wave right over the bottom of the windscreen and forcing water through the grill into the sensitive electronics lurking in the engine bay. Very few people were correctly tip-toeing through and keeping the wash below their lower door shutline.
