Custom bbs maybe, but they’re definitely not age appropriate to the car.

It's rather Strosek smooth. The company name makes me chuckle

It's definitely worth a look - he's an entertaining chap and very much has no fear.
He did an E60 M5 bottom end by himself because why not
Have you seen his latest Project Chicago? It is well worth a watch. Ep2 went live for Patreons last night and, it's fair to say, it massively trumps the E60 M5 bottom end rebuild in all respects, not least what he finds in the sump... Here's Pt1 - buying a cheap E65 Alpina B7 from Texas...

Yup, seen that - a genuinely bonkers purchase. Assuming hoi polloi get to see it this weekend, in such case I await the discovery of the sump bunnies with baited breath!
Edit: Ooh, out now, along with some other good stuff from my regular subs and patreons. I think some beer and junk food is called for!

So, just watched that.
Er....
Yup, the E60 M5 bottom end job looked a lot more straightforward than that.
I have no idea how he managed to not catch himself going "oh fuck oh shit" on camera with that one.

Editing. You just know there was a fuck tonne of swearing behind the scenes
Gives a whole new meaning to buying an old nail though...

That was just ridiculous.
Although I’d have wanted that Intercooler “horn”’out of the way much sooner.
A couple of nice examples where a big impact driver breezes through a job that would have been magnitudes more painful with conventional levers.

Oh I know how editing works, thinking more when he's pulled stuff off (which I'm sure he's not put back on to redo without swearing, over reacting etc) and sees the horrors he's got himself in for.
He just seems to be hugely calm and matter of fact about what is a massive, complex, expensive and difficult job.
That said, he's not a moron, I expect he bought the project knowing there was a good chance it was going to spend a fortnight blown across his garage space in bits

I'm sure he's done his research before committing, but the nail in the sump...
It is my favourite channel. Partly for his demeanor, partly for the challenges he takes on.
