So we’re off again.

Only heard tonight about the smart mouth guards. Will data be used as part of the HIA?

Just recording data at the moment I believe. The current tech is in a pod on back between shoulder blades which is obviously not ideal for recording head or whiplash type injuries.

I'm really looking forward to it but it's not going to be a great year for Wales.

Yay, 6 Nations time. I just wish I had more time, one day I'll have time to watch all the games.

Despite my nationalistic fervour, I think France will win this year and win with a Grand Slam. It was very close by Mack Hansen missing out might just tip the scales to the French.

However, I reserve to right to change my mind tomorrow.

No Dupont though, big loss for them.

Bit of an unknown year this year with so many departures, albeit France are probably the least affected of the sides.

Pretty emphatic in the end.

Nothing to fear in that French side

Dupont is clearly a massive player for them.

It will be interesting to see how the tournament progresses without him.

They made a poor start for sure, but hard to judge them a man down for so long. I didn't think either side looked that cohesive defensively at times. Still, hard to see past Ireland for the 'slam.

Wales doing what Wales do! Never write them off - even I had despite saying that so often. Was a cracking game.

Difficult one, could you see 100% that he grounded it? Very marginal, I think it was a try but I also don't think you can say that the officials blatantly fucked it up. In fact, I thought the officiating in the game was excellent.

Scotland were brilliant for the most part, but as so often happens, don't score when you're well on top and you're in trouble.

Whilst it's great that teams do go for scrums and line outs to get tries from penalties from an entertainment perspective, I hate it when a team I'm supporting does it in an even game. Kick the points, go again, get another pen, keep the scoreboard rolling and the pressure on.
