The police kettle them in from both sides, then just push in leaving the protestors with nowhere to go.

Not the best way to de escalate a situation, that. And they probably know it.

The transcripts of his press appearances are something else. I know its in a politician's DNA to avoid answering any questions they don't want-to, but he doesn't even pretend to be interested half the time and goes on these amazing rambles about stuff that's not even vaguely related to the original question. While simultaneously saying how great he is.

Its all very strange.

It sounds exactly like one his BS claims that’s against the trend or expectation, he often tags something in at the end of the sentence in a similar way.
