Water as you can produce oxygen from it if needed via hydrolysis. Next question ;)
What if you run out of oxygen in the time it takes to process the hydrolysis.

Once again you are wrong and Oxygen wins.

Hang fire whilst i trawl the internet for a webpage to prove my theory.

I would however like to retract my 2/3rds price statement and change it to almost HALF. £98k base vs £52k base.
In '93 it was $65k for a 964 Carrera 2 and $38k for a Supra. A Supra was 58% of the cost of a 911 then and 53% now so the point stands.
Although the S isn't the base model, a standard Carrera with lower power is coming which will probably fit with your cost model of past/future.
May well do though the turbo 2JZ wasn't the basic Supra either as they did a non-turbo I believe. Will be interesting to see how much slower the non-S 911 models are.

How many times can we get GG to declare himself done with the argument then come back in?

I reckon we got well into double figures with SD on some threads - that’s the target.

Pretty sure all uk spec cars were turbo, although also sure some were autos.

They definitely did non turbo and non turbo auto versions elsewhere which were pretty shite.

There are certainly a lot of fans, or more appropriately thieves, of Oxygen in this thread. :-)

I'm probably just being thick - but why are the front wheels spinning in that clip? It's not 4WD is it?

Driven rollers to stop the stability/traction gubbins from freaking out.

I'd guess they might running it in 4WD mode to prevent stability control computer throwing a hissy fit at front wheels being stationary while the rears are doing 100mph.

I understand this is an issue for many vehicles - it's a regular topic on the Loltus forum in relation the the V6 engined cars, which get confused and give stoopidly low numbers unless on 4-wheel dynos.

(I've never put any of my cars on a dyno, so no first hand knowledge).

Watching Catchpole's Carfection video on the new Z4 M40i yesterday, I was surprised when he said it was quicker round the Nurburgring than the M2 Competition. I imagine the Supra should be quicker still than the Z4, since its performance figures are better and it's more rigid. Maybe not all one-sided if the M2 and Supra were to be compared...

Apparently the Z4 M40i produces quite a bit more power in the US, 382bhp compared to 335bhp in the EU, which I didn't realise until checking the stats and wondering why Henry's 0-60 figure was so much slower than the US sites were quoting.

Would be rather ironic if that's why after the US suffering for years with smog reduction tech which killed horsepower.

I presume you're referring to that rather than paint protection film
