You’ve gone full Audi fanboi Jobbo, that Q7 is awful.

The Panamera is lovely.

Dave!
Dave! is completely spot on. But £70k for a five year old car ? What do those things cost new ??

Yep, I think everyone agrees that Q7 grill is a spangly mess.

How much is just prices atm (and how much of that is ULEZs making E6 necessary and pushing their prices up)?

Have you looked at a pre-facelift version with the radar stuff? This is well-integrated and elegant in comparison.

I acknowledge the Q7 is not a great looking car generally. It’s the engine which makes this one interesting, plus it’s a good colour scheme.

Not sure I’m willing to spend £60k+ on either car though. Still both look very suitable for my daily use.

I guess its very "on-trend", but I'm not sure how these interiors are going to age, especially when combined with lots of shiny trim all over the place. Feels like we're a middle-ground where designers are trying to figure out how to move from traditional analogue instrument design and what comes next.

I sniggered at that description - as it’s spot on.

Audi didn’t even bother adding a Rev counter for the E-Tron. Pretty poor show. ;)

I think it’s stupid that they all now have a full LCD display and still they don’t give you a proper interface to customise it how you want within reason - say like an Apple Watch face.

I'm not sure it's good value at £20k, but this very high spec F01 7-Series in Sundayjumper Silver:

WBAC say £10,260  which is presumably roughly what they paid for it.

Very fruity and surprisingly exotic - suffers from the usual slurred auto box gear changes but still nice.

Huh. That does sound rather good.

Which is great fun for a 5 min YouTube vid but unless it’s also totally silent when cruising at 70mph it’ll get boring very very quickly.
