Today’s want
Re: Today’s want
No issues with my manual M2 - the driving position seems exactly the same as every other BMW I've owned and the tunnel is no higher than our 320d.
Re: Today’s want
The G series cars have a chunkier transmission tunnel which seems to dwarf the manual lever.
The last M2 was a peach in terms of size and set up

Manuel Supra may be fine for others too. <shrugs>

Re: Today’s want
It looked a right handful in the Harry video and can't imagine anyone ever got out of a new M2 and felt it lacking power lol
Re: Today’s want
I imagine it's like anything, familiarity breeding contempt. Mines only 40bhp less than the new one and I'd happily have lots more bhp in mine.
Re: Today’s want
I cannot recall if you have an f22 or g87, maybe the comments on the M2 related to a clutch pedal and the middle carbon piece between your thighs.

A quick insurance quote comes in at only 3x what I pay for the Cayenne right now.

I support this message. I would also be interested in a back to back wafting comparison of Bentley and Rangie.Sundayjumper wrote: ↑Sun May 05, 2024 11:37 am Big spec Rangie LWB Autobiography with individual rear seats.

Not sure how practical Ivory leather is, but that does look like an extremely nice place to do some miles in - regardless of the seat you choose.Sundayjumper wrote: ↑Sun May 05, 2024 11:37 am Big spec Rangie LWB Autobiography with individual rear seats.

Re: Today’s want
From experience the ivory leather is fine. Main issue is getting shiny but that’s common with black interiors too. No blue transfer from denim that I’ve seen.mik wrote: ↑Sun May 05, 2024 12:32 pmNot sure how practical Ivory leather is, but that does look like an extremely nice place to do some miles in - regardless of the seat you choose.Sundayjumper wrote: ↑Sun May 05, 2024 11:37 am Big spec Rangie LWB Autobiography with individual rear seats.

Re: Today’s want
It's definitely a lot of car. It's also a lot of money.
However ! For a Range Rover with more LWB, for less money, this is being auctioned next week. Check out what the state of the art was for in-car entertainment at the time.

I'd be mortified if that showed up as my ride.Sundayjumper wrote: ↑Sun May 05, 2024 6:18 pmIt's definitely a lot of car. It's also a lot of money.
