What's going on at ECP?

Seems that they're planning a massive
redundancy program, but I didn't even realise the share price was so down. It's surprising, because it's always busy when I go into my local branch.

My local is always busy, but it seems to be equally busy with employees standing around doing sod all and takes forever for your order to get picked.

Oh, and that ^^.
When I went in a few weeks ago for some click'n'collect parts for my suspension refresh, it was about 30 minutes after paying and I was still standing there. In fact, there were about 12 other people all in the same situation. Absolutely no-one was doing any picking. When I chased it up with the guy at the counter he said 'sorry, we're busy serving these other customers'.
So I pointed out that in fact we'd all paid and we were all standing there waiting for parts and none had come out in 30 minutes. So he 'chased' it up with the back office staff and it turns out that no-one had thought to actually do the picking. They were only doing the serving. I nearly swore off them at that point, useless tossers.

Any company which sells goods at almost double the market rate in the hope that some punter purchases them without applying one of their weekly discount codes shouldn’t exist in this day and age.
