Having to explain Yogi Bear and Boo Boo to people I work with because they’re too young to know what it is. And them saying “well, I am only 30”

Utter wankers! Story of my life, I make an hilarious pop reference and the bastards say "I was only born in 1998" or some similarly stupid year!

IME if someone is described as old school, it's usually a warning that he's a total cunt

Aye, our old ops manager described himself as old school. He spent most of his time whinging about how lazy his missus was for not making him a good enough lunch in between looking after their 5 young kids

.

He's absolutely right though. One should always be a Gent when with a lady (or your wife

).
It's just the same as people not holding doors open or blanking you when you do so for them.

I'm not fussed if people don't acknowledge me holding a door or something, I have been known to call people a cunt for being actively rude in public though

.
The old fashioned chivalry thing is funny, I just don't think people think about it these days. If I'm out with my missus I won't swap position if she happens to end up on the outside of the pavement. It would seem a bit controlling to me I guess.
