Their renewal price was stupid this year - plus they were crap when I had to make a claim.

They were crap when we tried to get insured in the first place. Mrs ended up cancelling and having to get the ombudsman involved.

Yeah fuck you Alex! :p
I tried to get a quote from them but they wanted to know all the ins-and-outs of an accident that was years outside of the usual 4-5 years or whatever it is, so I told them to mind their own business and went elsewhere.

I am still receiving a good and competetive service.

Sad to say they fucked me around when I bought the Astra when the Stagea was being repaired. Called and asked for advice for the best way to insure both cars, followed their suggestion, which came with hidden costs that were never discussed. They backed down as a "goodwill gesture" after listening to the calls. Didn't renew with them when the time came. Sorry Alex.

Speaking of insurance my renewal (AXA) went up by 50p so I spent a few minutes online and got a quote £120 cheaper from - you guessed it - AXA. Bought.
Thieving twats.
