I like that a lot 8-) but I wouldn’t have another non-metallic daily esp in 🚗 unless it’ll be garaged. Too high maintenance.

Not my colour scheme but I can’t argue with the spec, that’s excellent.

Tbf, any colour scheme is not your colour scheme though ;)

The idea of a facelifted pre-LCI manual 335i is highly appealing to me. All the best bits of both interations.

I'm offended by that, one of my favourite cars is black !

LCI means facelift, so how could it be both?

ETA: ah, you mean that it's been physically changed to the facelift style front and rear.

It's been a few years since we had an E91. Am I correct in remembering that the LCi lost hydraulic steering?

Correct Jim. Hence why you'd want the pre-LCI. But the grille of the LCI is far preferable to the moustachioed earlier models.

Our sensible car for a couple of years was a pre-lci ‘06 325i (2.5) for a while. It drove well but you had to cane it everywhere to make progress.
It did feel built to a price compared with the E46 before it

They're incredibly solid in reality. My local specislist reckons the E8x 1series and E9x 3series are the two most solid gens BM produced, in terms of most of the mechanicals. Possibly just the interiors that felt a little cheaper.

Progress though innit? Our F20 1series never felt as well screwed together as our E81 1series

This would be a hell of a lot of fun. K20 swapped Mk1 MR2.

Thought these were supposed to be a way to die a fiery death backwards into a hedge with half that power?

Nup, that was the early Mk2 MR2, which really were probably unfairly reviewed by people who were used to all the understeer everywhere.

I daily'd a ~300bhp Mk1 (swapped in 3SGTE@16psi) and even without any hedges to be flung backwards into I also excaped the fiery death bit. Last I heard the new owner had upped the boost even more.

So a totally different proposition to the K20 one but very unlikely to be as evil as an old 911 for instance.

"As the MOT will have run out when the listing ends, you’ll need appropriate transport to take it away." Fvcking list it a week earlier

It'll be of little if any interest on here (though Pine Green is along the lines of Harry's XJC colour); https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/324713276930

Steelies and chunky tyres really suit a Panda 4x4:

Yes, I have one of those 😁

Unfortunately it’s front end spares which would have been handy, but there’s not a lot left of that ones front end 🤣🤣

I like how the bumper is inside still bolted to sections of the inner wings…

Honestly, if it was nearby I’d pay £300 for it for the spares, a set of the stainless waist line trim is about £200.
