Re: The ebay thread
As much as I love W124s, that's a very big no.

Errr..... I don’t think that’s the right name for one of these, and I’ve no idea how you typed it without wondering....
Re: The ebay thread
Definitely don't type 'lesbian tandem' on Google.Sundayjumper wrote: ↑Tue Jun 08, 2021 3:39 pm Errr..... I don’t think that’s the right name for one of these, and I’ve no idea how you typed it without wondering....

I did prior to the warning to see if it was a legitimate cycling term.Sundayjumper wrote: ↑Tue Jun 08, 2021 6:36 pmAren't we all
Also, despite Kev's advice, I googled "lesbian tandem". Cripey.
It is not

Blimey
I’m not sure the Competition versions were heavily discounted, so that is quite a drop (from around £125k?) for a 3k mile M5 Comp that’s only months old….

Looks lovely! Is it missing the air filter/box?

You can put grills over the ends of the carbs to stop crap being sucked in but Webers don’t come with them as standard.

Re: The ebay thread
They usually come with a big square airbox, but I guess as they’re only ever fun occasional use cars now people leave them off for more noise, but yeah, I’d be wanting proper trumpets and a fine mesh cover as a minimum. Tbh the foam sock filters I had on the metro did very little in the way of damping sound, they just don’t look very pretty.
Cheers, Harry
Re: The ebay thread
What a beautiful little thing. Seems sensible money too.

£65 grand for a 5-year-old basic Evoque previously owned by Man City player Sergio Ageuro.
Some great spelling mistakes in there as well - 'formally owned' being one.

Ranger rover is the one that stands out to me. It looks surprisingly low spec for a footballers car……KevH18 wrote: ↑Sat Jun 12, 2021 12:28 pm https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/RANGE-ROVER- ... 890.l49286

I mean, it's an auto, but with 450bhp and 4WD I think I could forgive that.nuttinnew wrote: ↑Wed Jun 16, 2021 4:10 pm To save cluttering Newt's thread;

Edit - OK, I swear I saw 4WD on that AT page but now I can't see it. Believable with those specs though. Or is the seller over....er...selling it?
