First couple of episodes of the latest season of Friday Night Dinner felt rather tired. Friday 10-Apr was a return to form though - Mark Heap was stupendous. 😎

Very much enjoying season3 of Ozark.

Agree on the 1st Ep, but I thought the bag in the tree episode was great. Sally Phillips was a bit freaking weird in Ep3, which is saying something as we've just rebinged all of Miranda. Currently watching Black Books for the first time too so double dose of Tamsin.

2 Episodes from the end of our Buffy the Vampire slayer epic rewatch.

Yeah I'd agree with this. The bag episode was pretty good. But Mark Heap & Sally Phillips in full weird mode was brilliant

Not even, Buffy is great! Might rewatch Dollhouse for a Whedon continuation and an extra dose of Eliza Dushku.

And I'm quite comfortable not being a proper grown up.

Also, glad I'm not the only one who thought Picard was a bit crap. Red Letter Media are dragging out Mr Plinkett for it...

Funny seeing Fillion's Caleb in Buffy as the accent is very close to Mal in Firefly.

The amount of TV to be watched is still stacking up at an alarming pace.

Meanwhile, the second last episode of this Better Call Saul season was brilliant and had an incredibly tense last 5 minutes or so. Can't wait for the finale next week and then its going to be a loooooooong wait for the final season.
Cheers,

Mike.

Both were brilliant
Just finished season 2 of The Deuce - very good. Not as good as The Wire but still very good (David Simon and George Pelecanos made it).

Given that it's technically a costume drama I thought sets, locations, costumes, cars etc were awesome, an amazing effort.

Looks like it cost a fortune to make and yet no one knows about it. James Franco does a great job playing the twins

I've heard excellent things about The Boys on Prime Video. Will try to start watching it this weekend.

We've just binge watched Flack on the W channel (whateverthefuckthatis?) And I really enjoyed it. Dominated by strong female characters with good lines. Episodes feature fictional stars that are quite close to people in the real world.

Also watched the first episode of Gangs of London. Some most excellent violence and looks like it could be a good one. Looking forward to the binge!
