Seeing your Sinn reminded me that I saw a Rolex Submariner "hulk" in black PVD the other day

I'm not a fan, but I can see how it could be appealing to others

It was used, and £19k (box + papers)

All black would look ace. I’m not sure with the green tbh
I like the green bezel. Black face and green bezel would be good; blue bezel with black face even better.

During the Covid and post-Covid boom, there just wasn't the stock, but now, every shop seemed to have a good selection

A favourite jeweller of mine had 6+ Subs (out of probably 20+ Rolexes - mostly the in-demand steel/sports models)

There's definitely a big change in the market that's now really easy to see on the 'high street'
Did you have a nosey in Whizz Watch? I bought my Grand Seiko from them via ebay.
Funnily enough, it was Whizz Watches that had the PVD Hulk

Chris Ward released a new skeleton today "The Twelve X".

I reckon it's a good looking movement (their in-house SH21), but I'm not a fan of skeletons in general - I need to be able to read the time at a glance - not hunt for the hands.

Like the Bel Canto - big money for the brand at over £4k (on the bracelet).

The very Gérald Genta looking case and bracelet are at odds with the overall thickness for me

The top-down view says "this is a thin watch" but the profile is way too thick IMO...

I don’t know if anyone uses chrono24 but I’ve used them twice in the last few months. Got a sevenfriday and a Hamilton off there. Not bad service and experience tbh

How do you make a pic file smaller?

Depends on what device you're using. If you're on your phone it'll usually be in the gallery app. If on a laptop you can use Paint or similar to reduce the resolution.

Create an account on the OV9 Gallery and use that. Pics can be up to 2mb.

I find Imgur the easiest app to use - no need to resize. Just set your photos to hidden.
