Terrorism

10 year old girl and 18 y.o. woman killed in Toronto. Evil motherfucker scumbag - I really hope Hell is real and he’s sent there soon. 
Not sure that it's terrorism Ian, sounds more like just some random unhinged cuntbag to me.
Not trying to overthink here but it's the exact aim of terrorism to have atrocities committed in its name so I'm always very cautious in labelling events such as these.
