Still accepting orders on the website. Schmee reckoned his was going to be delivered this year, can’t see that happening when the mags haven’t even driven one.

I didn’t say they’d produce one, just that they’d sell some

Re: Teh new TVR Griffith fred
There is work being carried out at the factory.
The delay earlier this year was apparently due to questions raised by the EU about State Funding (Welsh Government) for a private company that has to be based in Wales to qualify for that funding lol
I also read the tendering process for suppliers, contractors etc had a preference for locally sourced which again raised a question mark over EU tendering/competition rules.

For those who can stomach Tim:
Sounds better than when I first heard it. And still looks good to my eyes.

Go to 6:29 to hear it. And then once it drives away, close the video because good christ he grates.

Thank you for saving us Beany. That does appear to sound more like an 8 and less “blatty” than earlier cars... wonder if they’ve fitted an x-pipe ahead of the side exits?
Doesn’t really matter as any interest I had has dwindled to practically zero over the last 3 decades they’ve been working on it.....

It must still be a prototype as the factory still doesn’t have a roof
I wonder if they will actually be able to get these produced before combustion engines get outlawed...

The design is actually starting to look dated now
I wonder how many depositors would actually go through given the current climate.

£40m of orders (doubt it) that probably wouldn't break even
Who's going to fund that ?

Did they get over the whole factory building “government funding so needs to be fully tendered” issues? Surely there’s a conservative MP who’s on the board of a construction company?
