Really is a decade late isn’t it!
Time moves fast in the car world

Re: Teh new TVR Griffith fred
I'd say it's more that TVR moves slow.
How about not having a sig at all?

No interior shots/renderings. TVRs had mental interiors and I loved them for it.
If you get all wobbly-lipped about the opinion of Internet strangers, maybe it's time to take a bath with the toaster as you'll never amount to sh1t anyway.

This bit caught my eye:
Err... if they hold 3% of the company, wouldn't you expect them to be paying about..... 3% of the renovations ??Holding a three per cent stake in the British car brand, the Welsh government is playing a large role in funding the renovations...

It has also provided a £2m loan to the company..."
This is old now so they may have pumped more money in since.

It didn’t look like a very bold/fresh design in 2019… are people really going to keep their orders live until 2023?jamcg wrote: ↑Tue Nov 16, 2021 11:11 pm https://www.evo.co.uk/tvr/16073/tvr-gri ... least-2023

Re: Teh new TVR Griffith fred
I have placed a deposit for a Supergreat. Very excited!
Re: Teh new TVR Griffith fred
It's just embarrassing.
Re: Teh new TVR Griffith fred
That’s bound to be pretty awful for a sports car. ICE chassis which will have to have batteries squeezed in places which weren’t made for it

From that link:
This debacle has been going on for 3+ years already and they are still another three years from having a functional manufacturing facility.TVR is poised to finally move into its new factory near Cardiff in the coming months...
The building is understood to require around 18 months' worth of fit-out work...
...but TVR said it will begin producing cars in the meantime.
And, how the hell do they have money to throw at sponsoring stuff ? I'd suggest it would be better employed speeding up building the dammed cars.

I guess there's a lot of brand loyalty there, but there's only so much time people will wait for these things right?Five hundred Griffith Launch Editions are set to be produced, and although all were once accounted for, a ‘small number’ are now available.
Cheers,
Mike.
