Joe Pesci is scarey in Goodfellas.
Ben Kingsley in Sexy Beast remains amazing for me. Gives me teh willies.

Similar to BKs character, (though not quite as intense) Ralph Fiennes in In Bruges is a good one.

Alec Baldwin in the Juror. When he makes Demi Moore's pal take an overdose. It has always stuck in my mind as an horrific scene.

Not film but Tarquin in Ben & Holly is more disturbing than any film character I can think of.

Hannibal Lecter is scary beyond belief. (Just re-read SotL last week)

Oh I'm excluding all horror movie characters, for the simple reason that I don't watch horror movies as they're too scary for me
