Absolutely loving the new liveries for the RSR. Should add some fun retro cool to Le Mans this year:

I was seriously confused as to how they managed to fit that diffuser under the motor... until I remembered they'd cheated and moved these latest RSRs to be mid engined :idea:

Nice.

Also like how it’s still crafted imperfectly. Wonkey exhausts, the diffuser not quite symmetrical :lol:
Always surprises me at Goodwood seeing how all these super precise race cars look like the bodywork has been rushed together making quite a mess up close. The F1 cars being amongst the worst.

Yes, they're in the correct location at last!

Yes, they're in the correct location at last!
Technically the GT1 was in effect a mid-engined 911 so in reality they did it back in the 90s. More of a cheat with a GT3 car though.

Shame there isn't homologation rules to force Porsche to make a few thousand road going versions!!

Road going mid engined RSR would be teh epics wouldn't it 8-) 911 shape but no tricksy handling drawbacks.

Only downside would be no rear seats... though GT3s don't have any anyway!
