Smart Watches

More specifically, rude smart watch wearing people.
If you have asked me a question and I'm giving you an answer, then check whatever just came through on your watch once the discussion is over.
I first started just stopping talking and carrying on when they are done. Now I just walk off back to what I was doing.
It's rude.
If someone gets a call, I understand sometimes it must be dealt with, I'll ring you back, one minute I'm talking to someone etc. but if you open an email or message etc, then toodleoo.
Currently in Elblag in Poland and everyone is great to work with, apart from 2 people who just can't let a message or email go un-checked for 2 minutes.

I stopped wearing a smart watch because the notifications were a distraction and once I’d turned them all off there was no point wearing it anymore
plus sleep tracking made my perception of my sleep quality worse too.

I only wear mine when I'm riding my bike so a quick glance and I know if any notification is important, generally no

My watch is super smart. It tells the time (in two time zones!), the battery lasts 6m+ (kinetic), it doesn't distract me, and nobody's privacy is threatened by me wearing it.

The DJ was much more recently. Last night in fact.
