Just saw that. Guess she's done with the 9-5.

RIP, she was an incredible person.

Legend is often overused for celebs but I think it's deserved in this case RIP

100%

In everything she did from music to acting to giving away 304m books to just being herself, she was faultless.

Rarely upset by celebrities passing but this one is very very sad.

80 seems no age for a women who seemed so vibrant so recently

When Dolly was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, she pointed out in her acceptance speech that she hadn't ever released a rock album.

Shortly afterwards, she released the album Rockstar which included the utterly brilliant Bygones, a duet with Rob Halford.

She was, by all accounts, an absolute gem of a person and the world is worse without her in it.

Exactly my thoughts while watching a section in the news about her last night.

And he’s both older and still alive. It seems a lot of the time life really isn’t fair.

Note to Grim Reaper - when we asked you to take an 80 year-old that likes kids, we didn't mean Dolly.

It does feel to me like the bad guys live longer. So the secret to a long life is maybe be a good person till you’re 70 then turn into an absolute cvnt 😂
