Anyone going to this at Silverstone at the weekend?

I've got a ticket to Sunday. Have other commitments on the Saturday though so would have to do a single day round trip which is a bit of a trek.
ETA: Wife has also reminded me its fathers day so I'm going to end up in the bad books for doing that - or is it a free pass - I don't know!

Keep receiving Porsche spam for it but I'm going to see my dad. So no.

Thanks Mik but that's one's not mine! Think you're referring to the GT3 Touring (first shot) in the car park. Nice compliment though so I'll take that!
Think the approach on the photos is whats called "run and gun" - get the shots in then fix up later...

Ha - yes I thought that too - slightly odd photo opp for them.
Not really a problem with the modern cars but the air cooled ones were famed for top end leaks - I remember seeing a 3.0SC with a fully 5l can of oil on the back seat

Bloody marvelous.
I also REALLY like that first one... The yellow Pegasus is an excellent touch.

Two in Ipanema Blue - it suits the 997 much better than the 992 so I’m glad I didn’t ever find the money to buy one

It was one of my preferred colours on the configurator.

Very nice photos, considerably more artistry than I'm capable of

Is the second car in yellow and red a real 911R? (Edit as it might be an S/T)

The sculpture thing picture looks like it is AI generated.

I can't say I love that as a piece of art.

I imagine there was a lot of Porsche design clothing on display!

Very good photos

Just looked through again on a bigger screen. That's a lovely shot, and a lovely line-up; did they do similar lines for other colours?

Yes they did - was a very cool way to do it. Banks of colours all the way around the circuit.
Sadly because I was time constrained I missed a whole section of it with a lot of the racing machinery and older cars. That I guess would be my only criticism, i.e. that they didn't full set out in their maps exactly where everything was.
Yes there was a fair bit of Porsche design stuff going on but actually not as much as you'd have thought. From the car park I'd say 85% or more of everyone there owned a Porsche so no need to go full Joey Tribbiani
