i’m down in the ardennes over Easter and planning a daytrip to Spa (it’s about 15 miles from where we’re staying). I’ve looked at the website and it looks like there’s some exploring around the circuit that we can do (we’ll have our bikes with us too ) but has anyone visited and got any other tips for what’s worth seeing? It will probably be me and my (8yo) boy - leaving the wife to have a chill day!

Mate stays here and says it has a cable car to a thermal spa up a hill (maybe good for missus?) ,

Cheers Ian, i’m thinking more of the actual circuit and it’s associated land rathe than the towns, but the area you posted does like a nice place to explore for an afternoon!

There is surely a market for people cycling round tracks like Spa when they're not being used on a weekday afternoon. I guess the admission fee would need to be high to cover costs though.

I stayed there in 2017 (onnbizziness so didn’t get to track - was most annoyed) and also went up that little cable car. It’s a nice thing to do to pass a bit of time.
