Shame as JMG did seem to be pulling Lotus in the right direction.

I heard they let him go as he had made too little effort to really ̶m̶i̶l̶k̶, sorry monetise, the existing product portfolio with a rapid and largely indistiguishable slew of limited edition models

Seriously though - shame to see him go as he seemed a safe pair of hands.

Seems a shame given he’d evidently made a tangible difference whereas the last chap evidently didn’t.

You forgot about the Malaysian fella who was in between DB and JMG for a few years. Wotsisname never took the official CEO position so he was CFO or something.

Very memorable stint, steadied the ship for JMG to come in and create an utter clusterfuck of embarrassing sticker packs and little else.
