Deposit paid, guess the car

As much as I'd like to put 25000 miles a year on the Dakar, I just can't. And as much as we have the trucks, I need something else I can use which is practical, will carry some dogs, decent amount of shopping etc.
So I started looking at something more practical and am just trying to work out how to get it to the far (proper) north.
Its 4WD and an estate.

A Subaru Outback. Which is probably nowhere near the actual car.
How far south? I wonder if the forum could do a relay delivery for you

too vague. we need an idea of how much you spent - could be anything from a 1990s volvo to a brand new rs6 otherwise.

Been stuck on a call and just looked back at this which has made me
Lots of those suggestions were considered and ruled out. I think I started at an old 5 series touring, then naturally looked at v61 M5s and at one point had someone offering me their director's demo M5 touring for a "good price, should be under 150k".
Can't believe nobody guessed this right out of the gate given my history with BMWs and shooting brakes/clown shoes/tourings, not to mention going back to something I've had before.

Is it your old one? Or just one very like it (can't remember what colour yours was)?

What spec was your original M3 Touring? And did you choose it yourself? I assume you've gone for this one because of the colour scheme and the type of seats.

My one was Tanzanite (dark) blue but the options spec was identical to this one - the ultimate pack is everything bar carbon ceramics and the speed limiter removed. If I was doing it again, I'd probably go for an Individual colour - when I ordered mine, there were still some manufacturing delays post-covid with certain things like individual paint and carbon seats.
I did spec my one and changed the wheels later on to the larger frozen gold ones. I won't be doing that again as it turned out they're really easily buckled... But I will get a set of winter tyres and maybe see if I can find a set of different alloys so I can easily swap.
I didn't want a black, silver or grey car, so by the time you filter those out, you're down to about a dozen. Add in a decent selection of options (laser lights, buckets and the driving aids which my wife loves) and you're down to about 3 cars. This one also had a service pack on it, rubber boot liner and mats and I love the colour.
