Expensive, disappointing, waste of time and apart from the brisket bun it was just pointless.
The sauce festival, very little else.
Do not reccomend.

If that’s the Jamaican guy then that’s where we got the last lot of brisket and rib from.
£28 for a handful of brisket and single beef rib
We had read that due to £35 to get in the food would be well priced

Depends what the organisers were creaming off. We got asked to do Meatstock in Melbourne every year but they wanted something like $2K flat fee to be there and then 20% of EVERTHING WE SOLD - while charging punters $75 to get in Appearing there would also mean shutting the shop down that weekend. Yeah, nah!
Whereas we did Lost Trades in Bendigo every year, they wanted $120 flat fee and that was it.
