It will never actually be finished will it, there will always be something to change or fiddle with, but would be nice to have a conclusion to the series, and maybe an update every now and then to see what’s gone wrong, what they’ve changed etc
But I guess once it’s finished, and if there aren’t any other projects they know their supporters will realise it’s over and cancel their subs where as at the moment they’re still dragging cash out of people who have forgotten about it or still hoping to see more.

The had a load of other projects. But none seem to have gone anywhere. They have a shell of an MG X-Power SV that was supposed to be a follow on and that series for the Ford cargo.

Driftworks are doing far more in a shorter timeframe.
RWD throttle bodied re-engineered suspension road car with a cleave car body kit.
Supercharged V8 Vantage.
Supercharged V8 4WD Evo Pajero.
V8 RX8 after a blown up Turbocharged K engine.
E30 M3 with S65 engine and sequential box.
E46 M3 with S85 engine and a 10-1 exhaust manifold.
930 Turbo hugely modified.
There are a lot more aswell and even get completed and driven and abused afterwards.
Dave!

Thanks for the recommendation, subscribed. Also reminded me to check on the Supra Supreme V12 project from QuickshiftTV that seemed to go into hibernation for a few years but is now progressing again.

I wonder if Binky has brought them many customer projects? Might have originally but probably not a good advert for their services any more. Customers tend to want their cars finished.

Retropower seem to be constantly expanding and investing with more work than they need. A lot of their projects aren’t exactly quick, but seem to keep things moving forward.

Similar story on Johnny Smiths K20 Allegro project. Regular stream of updates on that.

Just had a look at their videos.. watching the Gordon Murray MK1 Escort now. Loving the series and the “filler” where they show other ongoing projects look exceptional. Thanks for the suggestion
