The original attack is an appalling tragedy.

The subsequent events are a stain on our society imo.

A bunch of fascists told lies and bussed hooligans into an area in grief to cause mayhem. Frankly it’s disgusting.

Yeah, last night was a complete and utter disgrace, and I hope anyone involved feels the fullest force of the law and then some.

In terms of the attack, having a young daughter, it's really hard to even contemplate the amount of suffering everyone involved is going through.

Not that it made a difference - there were enough knuckle draggers to cause mayhem.

The videos of this morning with people and local businesses cleaning up would shame them if they had any.

A lot of nonsense on social media about the perpetrator of the stabbings being an immigrant / muslim / asylum seeker / take your pick. Amped up by people who want to further their racist agendas. Genuinely saddening that a bunch of morons could take it on and start rioting so rapidly though.

The only upside is I have watched that guy getting hit in the bollocks by a brick about 20 times now and it still hasn't got old.

Had to watch it again in slow motion, first one bounces off her shield and hits him in the ribs, at the same time as a second one hits the back of his head. The third one in the nads looked 100% intentional, it was perfectly aimed
