The only 1 thing that Musk ever did right in his whole privileged life was banning TLAs from Tesla.
We use them all the time at work, and unfortunately they often have more than one meaning and it's hard knowing what they're ever talking about.

I work in a heart and lung hospital.
On the lung wards, ICD means “intercostal drain” (chest drain).
On the heart wards, ICD means “implantable cardioverter defibrillator”.
These are very different things.
It is unhelpful.
