The booking part was fine - it was the account set-up part that was the issue. I used them before where it was again, difficult but got there in the end. But then, I didn't fancy paying an annual fee when i only need a van once in a blue moon so I cancelled it.
The two main issues were:
- A password policy which is bonkers - multiple passwords met the criteria and were not accepted. Finally got them to accept one
- Not accepting any cards - multiple tries with visa, Mastercard and visa debit and all "Unable to Process"

15 months old, so full height but about 95kg between them. Not much room for activities but they were happy enough for 30 mins.
It’s a practical work vehicle.
