Lot of drugs though - I've never been offered drugs so much as in Liverpool. Just about ever place we went to and we were not just hitting the dive bars.

But overall yeah, it's a great place for a night out or a Stag as we were on.

To be fair, and typical of scouser's, they were all very friendly and non threatening..

This may be because I was staying at a hotel - I’m sure London is worse (never stayed at a hotel in London), but so many prostitutes openly looking for work directly outside of it
I’ve never even been approached in all my years walking through Soho.

Anyway so the bad points, erm, nope can’t think of any so far
How about not having a sig at all?

The hotel in Germany I used to stay for work was like this only they all sat in the bar in a group like the waiting room of a brothel... I mean I'd assume, I wouldn't know

In the room the women come and go
Talking of Michelangelo

I had an ex who spent her teen years hanging out with wealthy and posh people in the private clubs and bars and she always bemoaned how many prostitutes were in the bar at places like the Dorchester.

To be fair, I used to use those roads pas the Hurlingham Club as a ran run 25+ years ago because the main roads were bumper to bumper and Hammersmith Bridge was closed then

Before I challenge it, can you see what their issue is?

I know we've already got the correct answer, but based on the width of those lanes, I thought someone was going to say it was buses only and cycles only with the bike "lanes" either side.
Cheers,

Mike.

Haha, thought that looked familiar. I drove through in the correct central lane marked buses only as it looked ridiculously narrow. I appealed on the basis of it being of bad design and received an apology and had my fine overturned.

In reality they sent me the picture of me driving through the middle again and made me pay up.

I had a great example of how well London traffic functions today -

Sitting on a rental bike at Vauxhall Bridge, a Special Escort cavalcade (unmarked Golf GTi, 3 x SEG bikes, unmarked Discovery and a stickered-up Range Rover) came over the river from MI6 and travelled East in the same direction as me. I kept them within view for about 10 minutes on my 15mph limited bike, then lost sight of them. Got off the bike near home (about 2.5 miles from where I first saw them), and 1 minute later the cavalcade went by.
My route was about 150 metres shorter than the one they'd taken (cycle lane short cut), but even with the motorbikes holding up vehicles at traffic lights to get them through I beat them on a 15mph bicycle!

Not to do with traffic regs, but I was impressed by the Disco driver today - he was keeping within a metre of the back wheel of the motorbike in front of him and was right up to the next one within seconds when they swap over at junctions. That's a lot of trust between the rider and driver!

Ignored my question about how can I view property that I want to purchase, and asked I pay soon to get 50% off. Paid. Grumbled. Sigh

Does Chiswick have the same stupid rules?

It does down towards the river near Chiswick house / Thames Rd. I haven’t travelled in the other parts much recently to know what’s happened elsewhere.

If you’re looking for a house I’ve got a friend with one he’s looking to move on in a West London Mews, but only to a ‘car person’ - c.5000sqft, plus the ground floor garage which fits 14 cars. He only wants £12m for it if you’re interested….
