Weird Dreams

I dream quite a lot (and by that, I mean I have dreams I remember clearly) and for the past three nights, I’ve been having some doozies!!!

Three nights ago, I was Nicolas Sarkozy’s personal assistant on the morning of his inauguration as French President

Two nights ago, I was on a Viking River Cruise on the Rhein with a bunch of lads including cricket legend Sir Ian Botham

And last night, I discovered, and photographed, a Duck Billed Platypus in a stream in Bedford but was interrupted by a Mountain Lion

Lord knows what tonight will bring

I may need to lay off the cheese…

I ALWAYS have bizarre and very vivid dreams/nightmares if I eat Manchego in the evening. True story.

And so it continues…

Last night I was staying in a large rental property with 30 or 40 others. Only knew my brother. We decided to have a game of ‘Nicks’

This involves splitting into two teams, arming yourself with Box Cutters and the objectives to ‘Nick’ your opponent and draw blood. Then they’re out of the game - you have to draw blood though

Nick... Cage?

Dreams are like farts, everyone is fascinated with their own but couldn't care less about other peoples.

I would agree, but my missus always seems to be interested in hearing about my dreams (it's rare that I remember them). I find it hard to reciprocate the enthusiasm when it comes to her dreams which she's often keen to tell me about.

He'd be more interested in why I thought farts were the suitable comparison to use

I’ve just had quite a vivid dream that I bought the reg “BAN 9” because it looks like “BANG” and was going to put it on the Ferrari.

Lovely. I nearly bought "WH04 HHH" for the Evora (£250 from DVLA at the time) as it kinda looks like "WHOA", and kinda looks like the alternative spelling "WOAH". Got a plate made up to "test" it and decided it wasn't for me.

Over the weekend, I was attempting to negotiate purchase of a (round bellied of course) Countach QV from that American aviation bloke (see below in fact). It was listed as "POA" and he wanted me to effectively commit to buying it before we opened any discussions on the price. Wouldn't let me drive it, but he did take me for a short drive. (In fact his wife came along too. We all had seats). I woke up before we'd closed any deal.

It’s a sign. You must sell the Evora, and possibly both kidneys, and buy one

Soooo... I woke at 5.20 in a panic because I dreamt I had ordered 33,000 dollars (why dollars? Who knows) worth of pizza and couldn't figure out how to cancel the order on the app.

I think dreams are like farts, our own ones are fascinating, while other peoples are quite boring, unless they are being examined by a medical professional.
