Small gains re ram and CPU seemed relatively worthwhile + I am doing a locum next Saturday.

Can save a lot of dollar by buying a GENIUNE copy of Windows for a tenner off cdkeys or similar. Digital download.

I am not sure how they can sell for £20 but it has worked for me without issues, registers, updates etc. Appears genuine.

If you have problems with a genuine license not activating, just use the same tool Microsoft use when you call them up.
