The ceramic brakes for the F40 owner in my life seems a little specific.

I’d recommend Piloti to the lower class riff raff such as myself but they no longer sell to the UK

Harris' book any good? His podcast was too rambling for me to persist with.
I may also go for Boring Car Trivia 4, Richard Porter's new book which he spruiks on the excellent Smith n Sniff podcast.

Or how you make others percieve the value of the work.
I see a lot of people working very hard on things that only seem to be valuable to themselves. We get told work hard = reward, I don't believe that is the case.

I bought Chris Harris' audiobook and it's brilliant. I'm about halfway through and he comes across exactly as you hope he would. His Mum was also clearly an utter legend.
His career aside, his childhood love of cars, TV shows with cars etc seems identical to mine and I expect many on here given our similar ages. Highly recommended.

I downloaded the book onto my kindle for the journey home today and have rollocked through 75% of it.
