It's a specific problem with split screen multiplayer that's stopping BG work on the series S. Most games just dock the graphic settings at a lower level on S.

MS had a feature parity rule on S and X, and Larian couldn't get all features to work on the S

When MS realised how much they were losing out as BG3 has been a steamroller hit, they've decided to change the rules.

(fwiw if you've not played BG3 you absolutely should)

Over 100 million views in 24 hours

That's more than GTA 5's total trailer views in 12 years, and is also a record, apparently. One previously held by Mr Beast.

Also has 9 million likes, 750k comments, and is still the number 1 trending video. The hype for this is unbelievable.

Regarding the graphics, they will obviously be the best we've ever seen on console. RDR2, which came out in 2018, is such a beautiful looking game - easily the best I've seen, and this will surely look even better.

In prep im going to start a motion towards Xbox...
Whilst I don't regret buying my PS5, I have always enjoyed every Xbox I've owned and am particularly envious of the backwards compatibility! I think that's something that MS nailed.

I want to play GTA4 but don't have a PS3, and I'm not buying one.

That trailer does look great - the amount of detail and how busy the city looked was good. Loved the white Testarossa in there too.

2025 though!?

Bit of a shame someone leaked it in advance though.
Cheers,

Mike.

Seen the map was also leaked

No wonder it's taking them so many years, each of the smaller cities is the size of Los Santos. I love that it also retains the original Vice City map which is now minuscule.
How about not having a sig at all?

Also would like to see the track listing.

I've got the original Vice City soundtrack and it's brilliant.

The GTA:O music collection is crazy big now. There's loads of good music but I don't think any of it will be as memorable as in VC. I'd imagine the next game will be similar.

The Tangerine Dream score stands out more than the licensed music in 5 imo.

Well it may be 20 years until GTAVII is released so you want it to be big enough to last a while

I've not owned a console for 10+ years and I'm excited about this  games like GTA6 are major cultural entertainment events, bigger than any Hollywood blockbuster or chart-topping album.

Absolutely. This is more hyped than Top Gun 2. Rightly so as well. Years of play in it.

I have a pretty standard Xbox One and have used it exclusively for GTA V 😂 I’ll no doubt buy the latest console just for GTA VI. A load of cash just to play one game but it’s hours of entertainment!
