Speaking with an associate yesterday about organising a client workshop, and she has delusions about her importance/efficiency.
Me: “we should allow a 2-3 week lead time to organise the workshop and supply pre-workshop documents”
Her: “we don’t need 2 weeks to prepare, I don’t spend that long on anything”
Me: “It’s taken you 2 weeks to reply to the client‘s last email.”
Her: “well that is true”
It always amazes me how people lack this much self awareness. Also, who takes 2 weeks to reply to an email? It’s terrible customer service.
