Just happened to be looking at the roll call and saw Wilspeed's list - when the fuck did you get a 911R!?

He stealth-announced it in this thread. Which includes a link to his veehickle. We've still never had an e-start video

Is that the 911r that someone got thrown the keys to while on holiday in his vicinity? Or have we had 2 991r’s in this/the old forum?

Seems like a lifetime ago that Rod was kind enough to let me drive his 911!

Rod's a very busy fella, I've tried to stay in contact since Marv and I met him without being too intrusive. Still likes his toys, his latest adventure has been designing and building an electric boat built specifically for wake surfing. I believe he still has the R and the 918, but I'm not 100%.

Late December 2021, to answer your question Dave . Done about 6K km in it since, it's absolutely fabulous.

I dunno how I missed that Patrick but good effort!
