They’re going to run out of “starts with the letter E” names at this rate.

Got an email about this yesterday. Reveal on 07-Sep.

“Hyper GT” EV with sights set on the Taycan apparently.

Just went looking for spy-shots, and it looks pretty bland-tastic ?

Crikey. Some mechanics are going to be running around clueless, having accidentally left their torque wrenches attached to the wheels...

I was hoping for at least 910. :(

It looks alright although to me it still looks like a lowered SUV/cross over rather than something originally intended as a saloon. There’s a lot of metal above the wheels.
If these depreciate to bugger all after 18 months like all other EVs then they could be a good purchase.

Yep. And this is where the Taycan and E-Tron GT win out for me - much better looking and hide any bulk well.

Until you see them amongst other traffic and realise they’ve gone out sideways instead of going up. I think they’re both decent looking, but they’re huge!

E Tron is a nice looking car, front of the Taycan is a dogs dinner for me.

Will be interesting to see how it gets on, although it says it's fully engineered in China surely they'd have had the handling wizards from Hethel doing at least some of the development work?
