No challenge on QE from 2008, COVID, lack of education for kids.... who most think 1 percent interest rates are normal.
At least the tits used to be on page 3, not throughout all the papers.

Shocking thought it might seem, but Broccers is correct.
The standards of the mainstream press have really dropped in the last 20 years, where nothing is reported seriously and everything is hyped up for clicks or views.
It's fucking frustrating, because those cunts should be speaking truth to power, but they're too busy dumbing down to get more impressions on social media.

The main issue as I see it is there’s no News reporting any more, it’s all Editorial/Comment based reporting.
Whether it’s the Journalist, or the Paper or the TV Station, there’s always an angle, a spin, an overarching agenda to every story

That’s not new though, newspapers have always had an angle based on their owner. Hurray for the blackshirts? Also Rupert Murdoch’s deep and abiding love of Thatcher and Reagan.
They’ve not stopped reporting “real” news, it’s just harder to find because all the algorithms favour the pap.

If you want info on conflicts in central america, or south sudan, thanks to the internet, you can access their local, native press for details. You can even get it translated in realtime on your phone these days.
National press will focus on national issues and you can't cover everything. Please, tell us all which international conflicts you're concerned aren't being covered?
This...this isn't rocket science.

The press are almost exclusively commercial organisations. They don’t exist to transmit the news to you. They exist to sell you stories.
