VodaPhone, via CityFibre, promises up to 900mbps.

We get about 550 sitting right by the router but the lowest we get is about 400 at the back of the house

Still no sign of resolution, so I emailed the CEO of Openreach.

Cheers, the CEO email seemed to do the trick (or co-incided with the problem miraculously sorting itself) and we have an engineer coming to fit the fibre next week.
