Seems OK here. But the Civil Service is years behind everyone else so maybe it's just the current version of Outlook that's affected ?

Web version was down for me too tbh. MS reported an update had caused an issue, on one of the reports I saw earlier.

Stupid company uses stupid Google, still getting stupid emails.
