Started about a quarter of an hour/twenty minutes ago...with the cutter. Even sunrise isn't until 07:33.

The roads around here are in worse condition than ever, I'd love for them to come any time to sort them!

A cutter?!
Last I saw was a chap with a Transit slinging shovels of cold tarmac into potholes whilst the other tamped it down with a square bit of steel.
It’s probably back to being buggered already with the added bonus of loads of loose bits of tarmac being flung up now.
