I spent approx 42 years believing I didn’t like olives. I was SO wrong.

So the quantity of olives in olive bread - It is always “perfect number of olives per loaf” divided by two. AT BEST.

I have a large chunk of my life to catch up on, and need MOH OLIVES!

I probably only started liking olives about 5 years ago, although as snacks go they'd still be far from the top of the list.

...but good god man, keep them away from bread, bread is sacred!

The correct number of olives in bread is zero. Any more than that is disgusting.

Olives are elite, very tasty in bread.

They've also become a benchmark in my pizza scoring table. If a pizza restaurant doesn't serve good olives, it's a bad omen.

Olives in bread are only used when said owner of the bread cannot make a sandwich.

Olives on pizza - yes. Otherwise no.

Same with anchovies.

I have spent the first 42 years of my life not liking olives.

Maybe this is the year that will change?

And everything you'd put Worcestershire sauce on or any asian dish with Nam pla (essentially every Thai dish)...

Sadly, we all mature into functional adults at some point
