I've been working with a charitable organisation who are unable operate with any kind of pace or commitment. Every time they give a timeline for a task, they overshoot it. Whenever I email, they take several days to reply and often with a vague answer. It's only a short project and they have genuinely turned it from a 4 week project into an 8 week project due to their inefficiencies. The person who runs the place is a very strong character and I suspect they have a tight hold on every decision making process which causes this.

They're almost as bad as working with universities.
