Ugh :o

Sugar has a pretty dark history. The Tate and Lyle factory on the river near Docklands looks a prison, or dystopian villain's lair, somewhere to activate a failed plan for world domination.

Reading this leads me to believe I’m not getting enough sugar! I don’t eat sweets/chocolate/cakes, I drink tea, coffee and water. I feel tired all the time and regularly get headaches.
