Annual cooking marathon - done!

Finally back in France, and a slightly smaller group (21 this time)
I can't remember the full menu for every day, but I had a proper pizza oven to play with this time, so as well as an obligatory pizza night (I now have my dough recipe *down*) I felt it appropriate to use it to roast an 8.5kg beef rib. Quite possibly the *best* piece of meat I've ever eaten
Vietnamese pork had to make an appearance as it's become a group favourite.
Pork and cider cassoulet was also a must as we were in rural Normandy and there's a cider cave on every corner.
Two birthday cakes this year, just coz that's how the dates fell. One of them was 6kg
