I’m still not eating 10 day past due Humus though.
I’m going to eat 3/4 of a tub on the last day before the best before date like any rational person…

It’s all fun and games until someone shits themselves.

I've always wondered how yoghurt can go off when it's basically off milk anyway
Is the lip-sync issue caused by the Irish Independent splicing three TikToks together badly?

It's true, yoghurt should last an enormous amount of time, I can see that one running for agggeeees.
Any audio sync issues are definitely down to the people who have spliced the vids together.

Wait, hummus is supposed to last more than an hour after you get it home? I don't believe it.

Yeah but I'm not a regular buyer. I'll go ages without getting any then see it on the shelf and buy a tub. I'll have a bit that first evening and then leave it.
The tub is then finished by just scooping out mouthful's using Water Bread Crackers while standing at the open fridge...

Our usual is buying a big tub of the M&S hummus (it's the best one) and a big bag of tortilla chips. We're doing well if we can make the hummus last till the bag's finished

I got halfway through some houmous recently that was several days past the use by. It was only when halfway through I realised it was a bit "fizzy" and didn't quite taste right.
Didn't shit myself though.

My other half is very good at tracking our food to make sure we're eating the right things in the right order. We try our best not to have to throw out anything.
Milk's the only thing I'm OK with having past due - In cereal for a few days but in tea, it's fine a good week later. Having a good fridge helps.
