I was already to pull the trigger/push the button/shoot my load* on a 992 GTS when I’ve been informed that I can get a GT3 Touring for very similar money.. opinions please.
*please pick whichever phrase annoys most

GT3. For the experience, but also for the sells.
So long as you don’t end up in a “can’t put any miles on this as it impacts the value so heavily” like driving buddy with 997 GT3RS was faced with.

Lol! Thanks for the input.. thought there’d be at least one person who’d say the GTS is a better proposition for day to day/ non-track driving.. Harry’s GT3 video looked tiring.

I kinda take Journo's opinions with a pinch of salt as most of their assessments are made on empty back roads and race tracks.
As a daily I'd be more tempted with a GTS to be honest.
If doing occasional track work and this is to be a second car, the GT3.
