Depends whether or not it has a microscopic diesel engine, is the lowest possible trim level specced up with every conceivable extra on a fixed term lease with exit charges which you intend to pay to get out early rendering it financially ruinous.

Yep, make sure it is a small engined se spec on 17 inch wheels (and no blank switches,) then buy it using the finance method that will cost you the absolute most you could possibly pay.

Make sure you’re paying at least £1k per month. That’s how you show the commoners how rich you are.

What do you mean by Doom Blue? I thought they only came in Estoril Blue, Melbourne Red or shades of black, white and grey.

I’ll still have the Golf R this is to replace Mrs A’s Renault. Her choice.

Other things we’ve been looking at were Volvo V60’s in R-Design spec. We drove a D2 R-Design last week but I wasn’t sure if it had an engine. Ive seen a D4 but it’s in chesterfield which seems a long way to go for a Volvo shopping car.

This is a one owner car with low miles and plenty kit and space for two dogs. Which is what she wants.

IMO the Volvo looks better but the F30 drives better. Budget won’t stretch has to an F30 ///M
