Anyway - this just arrived following a beer-influenced weekend purchase on Etsy. I am not interested in model cars or Lego, but I do appreciate a good vehicular-oriented casual clothing item.



I like it. Printed on a FOTL t-shirt (which might put some folks off?) 165gsm weight so a medium rather than heavyweight cotton, but as it was £quitereasonable for an official merchandised item at £17, I don’t have a huge issue with that.

Before @scotta mentions it - of course I have tippexed out a number of X’s on the label.

Anyway - the reason for this post is that the item was sent with a card linking to the manufacturer website https://bigcatretail.com/

And dammit they don’t only have official Lotus Merch, they also have Tyrrell stuff, plus other non-merch stuff.

Several nice Lotus options.

Bollox, some of the Tyrrell stuff is CAF ooh they have several P34 6-wheeler designs

Argggh they also have a Sauber C9 in the retro section.

And that’s a nice Concorde t-shirt. So it that one. And that Sea Harrier one. And the Phantom one.

I like the Tyrell blueprint ones and a couple of the retro ones.

I love the wackiness of the P34 6-wheeler (in general). Apparently in wet weather the front axle cleared sufficient water that they could often run slicks on the 2nd front axle.
